Vision:
Elder Resources seeks to identify needs of the elderly and their caregivers, to provide elder and caregiving resources; including educational tutorials, provided and local services, as well as support groups for the elderly and their caregivers based on their individual and changing needs.  Elder Resource may also provide respite services for caretakers.  Elder Resource seeks to give support for the homebound elderly to help them live independently longer by connecting those in need with optional resources such as caregiving, transportation, exercise, legal, financial and social assistance. Elder Resource may check in regularly with the homebound elderly to ensure continuation of basic services and needs (food, utilities, medical attention if needed.) Elder Resource can help families transition to assisted living or skilled nursing facilities if needed. Additionally, Elder Resource aids in providing a network of Hospice providers for families. Elder Resource seeks to network elders and their carers with professional services to include personal budgeting, attorney estate planning, power of attorneys, wills and trusts, social work, Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans Assistance based on their needs and financial abilities.
